*Be sure to use our Organic Healthy Milk Tea, if you are looking to support your milk.  Lactation tea should only be used if you are experiencing a low milk supply.  Using lactation tea with a normal supply can result in engorgement, oversupply, clogged ducts and even mastitis.

Package contains 2oz of loose-leaf tea. You can also add a stainless-steel tea ball to your order, if you don't already have one.
